Brief - To design and manufacture a system that will automatically raise and lower a model of a car park barrier.
A number of resources can be considered such as electric motors, gears, levers, solenoids, etc. It is also possible to consider the use of new technologies such as Air Muscles and Smart Wire. Below are some links into sites where these latter possibilities can be viewed.
