Examination Desk Tidy

During D&T examinations, many students find difficulty with organising their desk space, which is usually quite small, and in the form of the usual examination desk.

BRIEF - Your task is to Design and Make a desk tidy/organiser for use during Design & Technology examinations.

Specifications

1    Your unit must contain a method of telling the time.
2    It must be capable of storing all necessary items required for a D&T exam.
3    It must be securely attached to the desk for the duration of the exam.
4    Must be simple enough to construct in six weeks.
5    Must not interfere with the working of the actual exam.

Your folder should contain -

1    Details of the Need and Brief.
2    Evidence of some 'in depth' research work.
3    A variety of innovative ideas.
4    A clear graphic description of the chosen idea.
5    Development of the details of design and manufacture.
6    Planning for manufacture.
