Points to consider when choosing a Major Project

Aim to identify something that will hold your interest for the next year.

The project should respond to a real problem, preferably via a third party. Perhaps you could discuss potential problems with someone in industry, social support, or your family members.

Your project should also include some aspect of new technology, either through the communications element, or developments with materials or manufacture.

It should be of a size no greater than something that will sit on a technical drawing desk, or similar.

By the end of the Easter holiday you should have approximately five possibilities ready for discussion.
