Moisture Tester   (Draft).

Remember, this is an assessment and you will be assessed on your capability in - researching information, generating innovative ideas, communicating effectively through graphics, manufacturing to a high standard, and applying your knowledge of the subject.

 

A Garden Centre requires a decorative, reasonably priced, moisture tester which can be put on sale to promote their business. The basic version is not good enough for their purposes, and they have asked that the indicator light should be further from the surface of the soil, or even, remote to the plant altogether. Also this tester should look attractive as it sits in the plant pot.

You will need to investigate how houseplants absorb water. There is an information sheet available to help you.
